     Hi, I’m Michelle Scott, an Intuitive Leadership Coach, who guides high-impact leaders through transformative journeys that unlock their highest potential—both in business and in self. With over 14 years of experience empowering executives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, I help them move beyond the noise of strategies and external pressures to embrace a deeper, more authentic way of leading. 

My approach isn’t about adding more to the to-do list—it’s about clearing away the internal obstacles, ego-driven patterns, and outdated paradigms that keep leaders stuck in over-analysis and disconnection. By focusing on intuitive alignment and holistic transformation, I empower leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact—creating ripples of positive change that extend through their companies, teams, and personal lives. 

Holding a Doctorate in Spiritual Science and advanced certifications in trauma-informed somatic work, Jin Shin Jyutsu® energy healing, and noetic balancing, I integrate proven leadership principles with deep inner work. My holistic methodology bridges the gap between high-level leadership and authentic personal transformation, allowing leaders to operate from a place of ease, flow, and intuitive wisdom. 

As the founder of Michelle Scott Coaching, LLC, I have guided executives from top global companies such as Affirm and Fastly to break free from external validation traps and lead from within.
