I am Michelle Scott, Professional Life, Leadership, and Executive Coach, and I help people transform their careers and lives through one-to-one coaching, and tailored coaching programs and corporate workshops for diverse clientele.

I have a Masters in Accounting and years of diverse business and leadership experience, particularly in the technology and financial industries. I have successfully partnered with C-Suite executives, teams, business owners, and other leaders to support them through implementing strategies in challenging times to creating their next levels of success.

I have extensive training and experience in deep human transformation and consciousness, including Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Spiritual Science, a Masters in Spiritual Psychology, certifications in the University of Santa Monica’s Soul-Centered Coaching Program and currently as a candidate for the Insitute for Coaching Mastery Certification, training with the Trauma Resource Institute, Certifications as both a Noetic balancing and Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner, and 12 years as a business owner and transformational executive coach.

What I do now is combine these two skill sets together to guide high-performing leaders, executives, and teams in freeing themselves from self-created limitations holding them back from their highest potential. I partner with and guide them using approaches that encompass both internal and external transformation to draw out their unique inner resources. I empower them with strategies and tools to clear away internal barriers helping them create the desired goals and experiences they’ve been wanting.

Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back– Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. I have learned a deep respect for one of Goethe’s couplets: ‘Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.’
